8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by aq998

aq998 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Any outstanding bonuses or active bets must be settled before the account is closed. Any legitimately earned balance will be returned via the designated payment method.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy
